Why join a new Disc Golf Club in Clinton County?

• Disc Golf Clinics
  • A disc golf club will be able to schedule various clinics to help players of all levels improve their game. 

• Bag Tag Challenges
  • Bags tags are a series of numbered tags that attach to players bags to identify the best disc golfers.  The lower the number on the Bag Tag the better the player.  Players with higher numbers can challenge players with lower numbers for their number. The club will issue bags tags to members with each new member receiving the next available number.

• Promoting Disc Golf in Clinton County
  • Help organize and participate in special promotional events to generate interest and enhance the image of Disc Golf in Clinton County.  Promotional events could include disc golf demonstrations using practice baskets at various sites in Plattsburgh.

• Ace Pool
  • A pot of money that pays out for hole-in-ones made during sanctioned events.

• Tournament
  • Working with the CVPH Foundation and the Town of Plattsburgh Recreation Dept. we will initiate what could become an Annual World Class Amateur Tournament at the Cadyville Disc Golf Course. 

• Network with other Disc Golfers in Clinton County
  • Show off your bag and discs, discuss technique, learn were to get custom dyes or how to dye your own, and comparisons of Cadyville to other area courses.
